Variety of Emails

RnD Interactive offers a variety of emails types to help dealerships with its marketing needs. All email types include the following:

A custom Branded header - designed to tell customers who you are and what you sell.
Navigation links – drive customers back to your website where they can schedule service appointments and look at inventory or specials.
Calls to Action – all emails include calls to action throughout the email – these calls to action are either links back to your website or other actions we want customers to take.
Footer – this is mostly for Spam compliance, but includes hours of operations, links to get directions, phone numbers, etc.

Types of Emails:

Service Coupons – this email type includes a feature offer, a link to schedule an appointment, and a variable number of coupons.
New Vehicle Specials – this type of email includes a Feature Offer, VIN-based new vehicle specials (age-based or defined by the dealership), and custom text designed to ease the email past spam filters.
Incentives – this type of email includes a Feature Offer, Model-based New Vehicle Incentives, and custom text designed to ease the email past spam filters.
Used Vehicle Specials – this type of email includes a Feature Offer, VIN-based used vehicle specials (age-based or defined by the dealership), and custom text designed to ease the email past spam filters.
Combo – this email type includes a Feature Offer, custom text, and two or more data pieces (incentives, new vehicles, used vehicles, service coupons).
Custom – this type of email includes a custom Feature Offer, custom text, and custom call-to-action buttons.
Recalls – this type of email is sold as a package and includes a web app that allows customers to view recalls. Then your Account Manager will automatically send two recall notices a month to potentially affected customers in your database.
