Developing a Marketing Plan

The first step is developing a plan of action. For most Dealerships, we suggest the following:

3 Email Package:
  • First Email: Service Coupons sent at the beginning of the month.

    Service Coupons are sought out by many customers – including them as a regular part of your email plan helps lower opt-out rates for your other emails.

  • Second Email: Used Vehicle Specials – sent mid-month

    The Used Vehicle Specials email features vehicles that have been on your lot the longest, and the email usually includes various categories (such as Certified, Bargain, SUV, Truck, Cars, etc) to help all customers find a vehicle that suits their needs.

  • Third Email: New Car Sales Event plus Incentives

    Your third email of the month should be New Car focused. Many dealers like to run a sales event of some sort, including branding from their manufacturer and a featured offer. Our system supports all this plus includes additional incentives so your customers have variety. All links drive back to your website.
Following this plan accomplishes many objectives for dealers - you continually engage your customers with enticing offers that encourage them to look at your website, call your sales people and visit your dealership for Service and Sales Events.
